This is a great operating SEM, with many high-contrast operating hours left on it. It has been operating in my laboratory for a number of years, and I have just rebuilt the vacuum system and installed a new turbopump and a new controller. I also rebuilt the mechanical pump and improved the cooling of the pumping system.

This Scanning Electron Microscope has now been removed from my laboratory and installed in its entirety in a specially prepared room in the North Campus of the Newburgh Enlarged City School District in Newburgh, NY. It will be used for special instruction and training for both the High School Faculty and the Students. A new program is now being developed for this purpose.
